WE SHIP OUR PRODUCTS DAILY

Within Canada we use FedEx or Common Courier. Within the US we use FedEx or UPS Ground Service and Common Courier.

Choosing a courier and schedule a pick up is easy but it is upon many factors – Quality of service, distance, dimensions, quantity of the package and others. We will pick up the best courier for your needs unless we want to arrange a shipment on your own – please let us know your preferences when you place your order. We ship our products from Chicago IL in USA and from Toronto – Mississauga / Chatham in Canada.

Orders placed by between Monday – Thursday are shipped the next day. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday are shipped next Monday. All payments arrangements must be made before shipping occur – please response to our e-mails and phone calls and help us deliver an excellent product and service.

-West cost deliveries take approximately 5-6 days.
-Midwest deliveries take approximately 3-4 days.
-East cost deliveries take approximately 1-3 days.

We do need your correct address, phone number and Name. Sorry we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses.

Please double check your shipping address. We must charge a $US15.00 for re-route fee if your shipping information is incorrect.
