SHIPPING INFORMATION:

WE SHIP OUR PRODUCTS DAILY
Within Canada we use Common Courier. Within the US we use UPS Ground Service and Common Courier.

Choosing a courier and schedule a pick up is easy but it is upon many factors – Quality of service, distance, dimensions, quantity of the package and others. We will pick up the best courier for your needs unless we want to arrange a shipment on your own – please let us know your preferences when you place your order. Our shipments come from Chicago (Zip code: 60101) or Detroit (Zip code: 48063) location in USA and from Chatham ON (Postal code: N7L 2S5) in Canada.

Orders placed by noon Monday – Friday (PST), are shipped the next day. Orders placed afternoon (PST), are shipped within 48 hours. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and holidays are shipped by the 2-nd-business day.

- West cost deliveries take approximately 5-6 days.
- Midwest deliveries take approximately 3-4 days.
- East cost deliveries take approximately 1-3 days.

We do need your correct address, phone number and attn. Name. Sorry we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses.

Please double check your shipping address. We must charge a $US15.00 for re-route fee if your shipping information is incorrect.
